HOW DO I BOOK FOR AN APPOINTMENT IN BRAMPTON?

Note: Appointments in Brampton are available on weekends.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
- Arrive on time with a freshly cleaned face free from all makeup and skin products
- Avoid drinking caffeine to help you relax and enjoy a quick nap
- If you'd like to bring a sweater or blanket, feel free to do so -- who doesn't love being cozy?
- We have a washroom you can use before starting so you can lay comfortably during your appointment
- If you'd like to listen to your music or favourite podcast, you're welcome to bring a pair of earphones and listen away!
WHAT IF I HAVE LASHES THAT WERE DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE?
If your lashes were done by someone else and are in good shape, we'd be happy to fill them in!
Please select the type of lash fill appointment and the 'FOREIGN FILL' add-on option when completing your booking. An extra fee will be applied.
Note: A removal and full set may be needed if your current lashes cannot be filled correctly.
CAN I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Did you have a change of plans? No worries, just let us know ahead of time! We ask that you give us enough notice if you can't make it to your appointment.
You can also reschedule or cancel your appointment online by following the instructions in your appointment confirmation email.
If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% for the amount owing.
If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount owing.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes! To confirm your appointment, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit using a secure online payment system. This deposit will be deducted from the total service cost.
DO I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK IF I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Your deposit is non-refundable. Please send us a message if you need further assistance!
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required using our secure online payment system. We accept cash and e-transfer payments for the remaining balance at the end of your appointment.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK DURING MY APPOINTMENT?
The wellbeing of ourselves and our clients is very important to us. Although it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask, we still encourage you to do so. If you're feeling a bit under the weather, give us a heads up and we'll see you another day!
DO YOU HAVE VISITOR PARKING?
There is free visitor parking in the house complex and free street parking available on Marshall Street. Please send us a message if you need a map of the area!
